Challenge

True Blue Technologies had two decades of revenue operations results — nine-figure pipeline impacts, product launches, CRM adoption programs spanning fifty countries — and almost none of it visible online. For a consultancy, that's the expensive kind of invisibility: every deal starts from zero credibility instead of standing on the results already earned.

Approach

We started with positioning: one line — turning scattered sales and marketing data into a single revenue engine — that organizes seven service lines, from sales and marketing operations to AI consulting and financial reporting, into a coherent offer instead of a list.

Then we made the proof do the selling. Client results were produced into a structured case study library — pipeline growth through Salesforce adoption, product launch enablement, a life-sciences CRM engagement — each with specific, defensible numbers, a written narrative, and a downloadable PDF for the buying committee. The site itself was built fast, clean, and conversion-focused, with a discovery-call path from every page and industry landing pages for healthcare and manufacturing.

Results

True Blue now leads with evidence: $153M in pipeline growth, $7.8M from one launch enablement, $600K in revenue inside a 90-day engagement, and an 80% reduction in manual reporting — results that were previously invisible, now framed as the reason to book a call.

The consultancy went from no meaningful digital presence to a complete one: positioning, service architecture, case study library, and a conversion path — the digital foundation its sales conversations now start from.

Why it worked

Consulting buyers don't purchase promises; they purchase evidence and clarity. The engagement worked because it inverted the usual agency order — proof first, positioning built around the proof, and a site whose only job is moving a skeptical operations leader from "who is this?" to a booked discovery call.
